Administrator Laura Creekmore is a graduate of The University of Tennessee College of Nursing where she earned her BSN, and went on to gain experience as a longterm care director of nursing, as well as additional background in acute care and ER nursing. She joined Williamsburg Health and Rehabilitation in 2008 as a unit charge nurse. In 2011, she re-joined the team as nursing supervisor. She has served as our Administrator since 2016.

We provide 24-hour nursing care and long and short term rehabilitation services. We also offer physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
