Shonda is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University with a Bachelor’s Degree in nursing. She has worked at our facility since 2004.
Mike has worked at the facility since March 2005 and always makes sure everything is running smoothly.
Hope is a graduate of Tennessee College of Applied Technology in Nursing and has worked here since February 2012 as a unit nurse. She became the Clinical Coordinator in 2014.
Brenda is a graduate of Tennessee College of Applied Technology in Nursing and has worked at our facility since 2010 as a unit nurse. She became the MDS Coordinator in 2017.

Administrator Laura Creekmore is a graduate of The University of Tennessee College of Nursing where she earned her BSN, and went on to gain experience as a longterm care director of nursing, as well as additional background in acute care and ER nursing. Joy Petrey, director of nursing, has been an RN since 1987. She has been director of nursing since 2011. She began her career at WCHR as Director of Nursing in 1993. She has also won the KAHCF statewide award for Director of Nursing.
