Williamsburg Health and Rehabilitation Center had a “good start to a healthy heart” by celebratingWear Red Day. Red Day is part of the American Heart Association’s initiative to raise awareness about heart disease and stroke prevention. Our residents, staff, and community enjoyed a wonderful salad and fruit bar, subway gift cards, and took home some great self-help information from the American Heart Association.
The American Heart Association is the largest voluntary organization dedicated to fighting heart disease and stroke in the nation. More than 22.5 million volunteers and supporters are involved in this organization. The American Heart Association funds research, promotes stronger public health policy, and provides essential tools to help save and improve lives. We loved advocating for such a great cause!
Williamsburg Health and Rehabilitation Center is located in Southeastern Kentucky, near the beautiful University of the Cumberlands campus. We provide many services including 24-hour nursing, physicians, radiology, laboratory, and pharmacy services. We also provide physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
