We would like to say congratulations to Mrs. Brummett on successfully completing our safe transitions program which allowed her to be able to return home today! She came to our facility following a hospitalization that resulted in deconditioning which required significant assistance with mobility and activities of daily living. She was able to regain independence with the help of our skilled therapy team and nursing staff. We will miss her and wish her the very best. We are happy Mrs. Brummett and her family chose our facility for her skilled therapy needs!
