Connie has been a dedicated member of our staff at Williamsburg Health and Rehabilitation Center since 2007. Her hard work and loving dedication is appreciated everyday, and we are thrilled to present her with this honor. To show our appreciation for Connie, we also presented her some special gifts from our friends at My Favorite Things giftshop in Lexington.

Williamsburg Health and Rehabilitation Center is located in Southeastern Kentucky, near the beautiful University of the Cumberlands campus. We provide many services including 24-hour nursing, physicians, radiology, laboratory, and pharmacy services. We also provide physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
