The Christmas season was full of joy here at Williamsburg Health and Rehabilitation Center! Gifts, parties, a family dinner, a visit from Santa–all the best things about Christmas were celebrated at our facility this season. We kicked off the holidays by taking our residents on a shopping trip to Walmart. They had fun picking out the items on their Christmas list this year.We also had a ball at the Christmas Party for our employees. We would like to thank My Favorite Things in Lexington for contributing all of the awesome gifts for our staff! We also celebrated Christmas with our Medical Staff. Everything they do for our residents and the excellent medical services they provide are all greatly appreciated!
Our Christmas Family Dinner was a huge success this year! All of our residents had a wonderful time. It was a great time to reunite with loved ones and enjoy a delicious dinner together. We enjoyed taking pictures of our residents and their families in front of the Christmas tree.
Residents also enjoyed painting their favorite Christmas memories. Painting is a favorite activity among our residents. It’s a great way to relax while exploring their creative side.
The finale of the season was our Christmas Community Party with local kids from the community and a visit from Santa himself! It was a great way for our children in the community to form special relationships with our residents.
Merry Christmas from all of us at Williamsburg HRC!
