Congratulations to our Cook at Williamsburg Health and Rehabilitation Center, Joyce Willis! She won the Statewide Supportive Services Dietary Award at the Kentucky Association of Health Care Facilities (KAHCF) annual convention. You can’t beat winning an award for best in the state! It’s well deserved on her part. She is very talented in her culinary skills and goes above and beyond daily for our residents! The KAHCF annual meeting consists of a trade show that attracts over 800 long-term care professionals each year. It is the largest gathering of its kind in Kentucky. This event provides continuing education on accommodating customer needs and building brand awareness. It also allows for plenty of networking opportunities, so we can meet in person with key leaders and decision makers in the industry. A large variety of industry suppliers also attend the this event each year.Williamsburg Health and Rehabilitation Center is located in Southeastern Kentucky, near the beautiful University of the Cumberlands campus. We provide many services including 24-hour nursing, physicians, radiology, laboratory, and pharmacy services. We also provide physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
